1. 9. Login Credentials and Password Protection:

   • Use secure passwords that cannot be easily guessed.
   • Avoid sharing or transmitting your password, username, or other authentication credentials.
   • In case you suspect someone has accessed your account without permission, notify us immediately for assistance.

10. Restricted Behaviour: Any activity intended to exploit technical issues, manipulate gameplay outcomes, or disrupt normal operation is strictly prohibited and may result in a range of penalties including but not limited to permanent closure of the user’s gaming account.

11. Bonus Abuse Prevention: We have rules to prevent bonus abuse and ensure bonuses are awarded fairly.

12. Wagering Conditions:

    • Bonuses must be used within specific time frames unless otherwise stated by our promotions policy which may vary dependent on product offerings at any given point in time.
    • Wagers placed using funds from bonuses or other promotional offers will not count towards meeting the wager requirements for withdrawal until such wagers are fully resolved as either win/loss. Any bet made with bonus money that loses entirely does reduce this total amount available to convert back into real cash balance according to standard conditions stipulated at time of acceptance for initial grant prior notice upon activation.
    • Bonuses cannot be exchanged or transferred between users or accounts.

Also upon notice for an account as per your requests through personal direct notification in compliance with applicable regulations prior execution thereof by Cleobetra Ltd.

Intellectual Property and Platform Ownership: Our website, mobile application, software, trademarks, logos, design elements, images, text, trade names, service marks are owned exclusively by NovaForge Limited or its affiliated entities (collectively referred as the “Company”). You may use them for personal entertainment purposes only, without modifying, reproducing, distributing, assigning, sub-licensing these materials. In case of your breach against stated copyright terms please be aware that Company claims all rights arising under Copyright Act and related laws.

18. Limitation of Liability: We assume no responsibility or liability for: (a) Losses due to hardware, software failures; system malfunctions beyond reasonable control by us; (b) Any damages stemming directly from your actions on the Platform such as failure compliance with gaming regulations leading inability continue playing any products hereunder available. Also this would not affect your ability pay off owed amount towards us which should be paid immediately per current operational terms of transaction procedures established.
